I found this shop two years a go and was impressed with the stylish selections. Erica was very attentive and helped me choose the right frame for my face. I just bought another pair of cool glasses, had some issues with the lenses. Erica ordered new lenses and made sure I was happy and the prescription was correct. It is a great place to find different frame's staffed by knowledgeable, friendly people.

Simply Amazing. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. I instantly recognized their desire to create and foster a relationship rather than make a quick sale. This is hard to find anywhere these days, and I respect this shop greatly for how they carry themselves. Amazing customer service, no pressure, and an incredible selection of all kinds of shades. I went in just to see what they had, and ended up with the absolute coolest pair of Sunnies (pictured) I've ever owned. That's saying something because I'm somewhat of a sunglasses guy. Bottom line, if you're looking for a spot to shop for shades and meet new friends while you look at cool stuff...Artistic Eyewear is your spot without a doubt. I am new to wearing glasses and I came in to Artistic Eyewear with the idea that I would look good in frames like the ones Cary Grant wore in North By Northwest. While it did not work out as I had hoped, I was pleased to meet Erica who helped me find a more becoming pair of frames. She also was really cool when I found myself at the end of my rope dealing with progressive lenses. She got me a pair of bifocals that were much more enjoyable to wear. I am grateful to Erica for her professionalism, her knowledge about frames and lenses and her over all level of chill. I recommend her and Artistic eyewear highly.

I had a great experience here with Erica. She replaced the lenses in my sunglasses quickly and professionally. She explained all the different kinds of lenses available and did not try to upsell me. And as an added bonus, she was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

I went in with full intentions of paying for the repair, but I was treated with such generosity and phenomenal customer service, and a man had repaired my glasses for free. There, I had the pleasure of meeting Erica, who warmly welcomed me and patiently assisted me in selecting three pairs of frames: readers, progressive lens sunglasses, and everyday glasses. Knowing I was departing for New Zealand that Thursday, I was pleasantly surprised when Erica ensured all three pairs were ready within just a few days, well ahead of my departure.
