I was diagnosed with Shingles which was affecting my eye. I called the office at 10am on Monday morning & was given an immediate appointment for 2:30 despite having never been a patient. The receptionist was extremely sympathetic and understanding. The doctor spent over an hour with me. She gave me a very thorough examination and explained everything. Having entered the office feeling anxious & scared, I left with a great deal of hope & comfort knowing I was in fantastic hands. Thank you for your kind & caring help in my time of need!!!

Dr. Longshore was able to see me for a same day emergency visit even though I had never been to her practice. She spent over 1.5 hours with me and explained my issues thoroughly. We outlined a plan of care together and she arranged prompt follow up. I felt her exam and care were thorough. She also is available for after hours phone f/u if needed. Excellent experience.

This was the most frightening, horrendous experience I have had with any doctor in my 72 years. She is sarcastic, insulting, and degrading in her manner, and actually began screaming at me when I inquired about the disturbing symptoms I was having that brought me into her office. This woman may have vast knowledge in her field, but her manner in unacceptable, to say the least. She is condescending and cold, and she only managed to increase my anxiety rather than to diffuse my fears. I simply have never experienced this kind of outrageous treatment. This doctor passes her frustrations off on her patients and is inable to practice the smallest measure of civility.

Poor customer service. The actual doctor picked up phone and made a 1:30 appointment with me for an urgent matter. When i arrive early for my appointment, a receptionist tells me they don't schedule 1:30 appointments and I can't be seen for another month.
They should have made an effort even if the doctor made a mistake in scheduling to squeeZe me in today but no consideration was made. Poor experience. Rude service.
