Forward Vision

I can't speak for others' experiences, but Gail was delightful and very helpful. She helped me pick out the right frame and couldn't have been more pleasant. This store also had great selection and they fixed my old pair of glasses free of charge.

The eye doctor is pretty thorough, but Gail is not so great. The other lady, MaryLou is actually very nice. Gail tries to be nice, but when she realizes you are undecided about getting your prescriptions, she wants nothing to do with you. I've been going there for a few years, but I won't any longer. The last time I did get glasses, Gail was very pushy about me getting a second pair I didn't need. I get that they work off of commission, but still. I don't feel welcomed because of this woman. There are plenty of other vision places. I don't need to feel pressured, nor do I need to feel like I'm being pushed out the door just because I'm not getting my prescription filled right away.

Very poor service and very poor medical care. They do not take any real measurements for glasses, so you receive a product which can damage your vision instead of help it. I was repeatedly sold glasses that were the wrong prescription and size. After confronting the staff, I was treated in a very condescending way, and told it was my fault for buying the glasses. I asked for a refund, or at the least, a pair of glasses that would actually fit my face. Do not go here, it's a scam and you may end up damaging your vision.

Got two pairs of glasses. Sun and regular. Mary Ann (I think was her name) was helpful. Before I got my glasses at a small family owned shop... I left here feeling a little confused by the types of lenses and what exactly I had gotten, and what all my insurance was covering. But at the end of the day I got two pairs of glasses for $225 or so that I am very happy with...Almost like buying a car or a computer from Best Buy, they try to sell you warranties and protection plans...but that's just the world we live in now :)

I went here to get an eye exam because my school said I failed my vision test, so I did, I need glasses, here they have amazing selection and great helpful and kind staff, very professional, also it is a very modern store

Absolutely first rate service from Mary Lou! Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great selection of frames and excellent pricing. Very positive experience...I highly recommend!

Dr Burstein and the team in the front room are great people. The service is simple straight forward and always a positive experience.
