I've worn bifocals since i was bout 3 years old and had what i thought were good opticians in my life, but after working with Arlene for my new prescription i'm blown away by her level of knowledge, attention to detail and the time she spend with me to make sure everything was right. She delivers the sort of old-school customer service that is almost never happens today. I made an appointment to get fitted for new Silhouette frames (they are the only game in town that carries a good selection) and to discuss progressive lenses. Arlene spend over an hour with me explaining the progressive lenses and taking numerous measurements to make sure everything was correct. The new glasses were ready in about a week and she got them fitted perfectly. Bottom line if you're in the market for new glasses or if you're not satisfied with your current optician, give Arlene a call and make an appointment to stop in. I couldn't be happier that i've found these folks.

We walked into Wetherill Opticians recently without an appointment. This was our first visit with new prescriptions, and while the optical professional was busy with a customer, we looked at the variety of frames on display. When finished, she greeted us and began what was the most thorough explanation/education of lens types, coating types, and selection of proper frames. She easily spent 90 minutes with us, addressing our questions and completing our prescription orders. We are grateful for her expertise and focused attention on our needs. We look forward to picking up our new lenses and to a long relationship with Wetherill Opticians.

The best, most friendly, helpful and personal service; excellent doctor and excellent optometry staff. I've been a customer almost 20 years and would not think of going elsewhere. Great selection of eyeglass frames, too!

Fantastic People!! Couldnt ask for anyone better. Went in and figured, I d try 1 more eyeglass place(As 3 previous places told me they couldnt fix my glasses). Immediately treated me like family. After only 15min, I was completely shocked. Glasses were completely repaired! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY
