I am a customer here snd found both eye Drs.very pleasant and professional. The man was retiring the week of my appt. & we chatted about NY. The new person, Mary? Was super also.The charm of the building is lovely & yes it's not a glass mirrored cubicle chain. Kathy came highly recommended & she is always very helpful with insurance.

Poor customer service. My wife and I went in there today to get her a new pair of glasses. We were met with a condescending/rude older male. My wife and I left immediately after the initial exchange. I thought perhaps I was overreacting until I read some of the other comments. A bit of advice for this office, invest in some customer service training. There are certainly better ways to greet customers and gather their information.

Even though the aesthetic of the clinic migth not be as modern as one may expect, Dr. was really kind with my kids. She explained all the things to me and my kids. We will definetily go back. The assistant may not look so friendly at first sigth -but she is, and helped my girls in a profesional manner and with lots of patience; she was really kind over the phone as well.

Was there several times. Kept saying lenses were in then I would drive over and there wouldnt be in and say I would have to come back. It happened too many times and much better options out there
