Dr Larson was great , he was very knowledgeable and answered every question and then some. I was told during check out it was ok to drop frames off to have the lens installed because I didn't find anything I liked in their selection. Then after I had purchased the frames and called to drop off, I had experienced some unpleasant and rude communication over the telephone and was told they didn't honor outside frames anymore. Because of this, I will be looking elsewhere.
