This was a great experience! The lab technician, Jeannie, was terrific! I had no problems with the virtual appointment with the doctor. The only thing I didn't like was using the AI system to do the eye chart. The bot named Iris struggled to hear my answers and I had to keep redoing it. Other than that, the place is great.

Great place for eye checkup, Dr Saveri top notch and also helped detect an issue which lead to a biopsy of a tumor in the orbital socket of the eye. Thankfully he did the examination and contacted a specialist. Very grateful. Jenn was helpful in the process of ordering contacts and helping with paperwork.

The smile, the acknowledgement from the moment you walk through the door. And then of course the professionalism when assisting with choosing frames.
