Dr. Lund is a highly knowledgeable, thorough, and experienced optometrist. He addressed all of my needs in a professional manner and answered all of my questions. Their online scheduling system makes it easy to create an appointment and appointment reminders are sent automatically when it's time to schedule the following year. I felt very confident in Dr. Lund as a physician.
I'm so impressed with this eye doctor and the staff here. I've had some bad experiences in the past with eye doctors. This office is small, but intimate and very friendly. They helped me so much with getting my contacts, explained everything to me so I understood what I was paying for, and I was able to take care of everything in one visit. You can go back if you need any adjustments and when I put my new contacts in, I felt like I could finally see clearly and comfortably. The doctor definitely knows his stuff and the staff is very informative too. I would definitely recommend!
I was recently seen by Dr. Lund for an eye exam, and was extremely impressed with him as a physician. He went above and beyond to provide top-notch eye care, and was thorough in his assessment. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. His knowledge and passion for his field was evident throughout the examination. He explained each step, making sure that I understood what was happening, and why.
I gave this review 5 stars because it is for Dr. Lund himself, and has nothing to do with his staff. I was a bit surprised at how unprofessional one of the staff members was after becoming overwhelmed. While she explained the purpose of each test, and took the time to answer my questions, she displayed frustration for her colleagues and it was evident by her loud statements, etc. She was verbal, and made her frustrations known throughout the entire office which has no place in a professional setting around customers.
Overall, I was very happy with the care that I received, and would recommend to others, although adults should act like adults in professional settings.
I am very disappointed with the way they treated my teenage daughter (19) during her appointment. They did not listen to her concerns and gave her an inaccurate prescription. They office staff rolled their eyes when she came back in to correct the mistake. Had a parent been with her I imagine she would not have been treated this way and that is unacceptable. She deserves the same respect as an older adult. Yes prescriptions can change but if someone is telling you they can't see it is because they can't. When I called to voice my concerns I was told that people can perceive things in different ways essentially blaming my child instead of acknowledging an issue. Bottom line is they sent my kid out with a -4 prescription when in reality she is a -4.5. Considering she needs the contacts/glasses to see and drive I consider that a huge safety issue. They also refused to give her a prescription for glasses, only contacts, even after paying for the exam stating that they had no proof her vision changed. She provided a previous prescription for her glasses but was told that meant nothing to them since she wasn't seen there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you choose to send your child/teenager there please make sure they are accompanied by someone else to ensure that they get proper treatment.
I don't normally review offices on Google, but seeing someone throw a tantrum about denial for working in healthcare should not damage the reputation of a good office. There is no reason this person did not have a vaccination card long beyond the phase when they were offered one.
This is one of the first places I have went that is still making sure the waiting room is not overcrowded. In addition to taking my temperature, they also requested that I allow them to administer hand sanitizer to enter the door. It is refreshing to see a few places still take things seriously, since so many customers have already returned to thinking their place in line is threatened by standing more than 6 inches from the next person.
My appointment was quick and thorough with a team of friendly staff. I then had a chance to order glasses, which was done by using a bin to place anything I touched for sanitizing before the next customer. Not only was the staff friendly, they had nothing but praise for Dr. Lund's ability and competence. This trust has not changed in the four years since my first visit with completely different staff performing the order.
Overall, this location has shown great care for the health and safety of everyone during what could easily be one of the hardest times for such things that many of these people may ever face. They continue to be a place that provides quick and efficient service.
My Hubby had the very best eye test experience of his life with Dr. Lund. The doctor took his time with the test, very thorough and professional, and the support staff was VERY helpful in guiding him to the best use of available discounts, and they were able to find the exact color of the frames my husband wanted and have the glasses ready for him in record time, even though the color he wanted was not in their in-store stock. Great job everyone! Our whole family now has a new eye doctor, and I'm happy to say it's Dr. Lund!
This guy is absolutely terrible. He sits you down and rushes you when trying to find your prescription. Office environment is bad, and all the workers are not there to actually help their patients see. I am now on my second prescription within a month that I can't see with because he doesn't listen to any concerns you have with not being able to see. He just goes based off what he "thinks works" when it really doesn't. I told him I still can't see and it's a little blurry and he said "well I already wrote the prescription" before I even confirmed with him I was able to see. Please go to a different optometrist this man is awful.
Love this eye Dr hes very friendly he's very patient with me when I had trouble keeping my eyes open to be dilated the other staff were also friendly this is definitely the place u want to go to
