Both my wife and I had our annual eye exam at Dr. Boscia's office. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided detailed explanation on every steps. Smooth check-in process and minimal wait time. Cleanliness is a plus. Advanced retinal imaging machines, in-depth explanation of the images and thoughtful recommendations on type of lenses were all discussed. Will referr family and friends to Dr. Boscia's office.

Amazing first-time visit! Dr. Casella was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and he really took his time with me. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which made the experience even better. The support staff were also wonderful. Valerie and Tracy at the front desk were both very pleasant and made the check-in and check-out process easy. Chad, the Optician, was friendly and went above and beyond by adjusting an older pair of glasses for me. I highly recommend Dr. Casella and his entire team for all your eye care needs!

I was suffering for years with dry eye, thinking it was seasonal allergies. The opti light treatments for dry eye did wonders for my discomfort. I didn't have a quality of life because it was hard to be outside. This treatment changed everything. The staff is amazing and helpful. A special shout out to Robin Reese who encouraged me to do this, and Dr. Lori Bartholomew and her assistant for their healing hands. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone suffering from dry eye. It took four months of treatment, but every minute and every dime spent was well worth it!

The doctors and staff go above and beyond! I have been a patient for years, but I had an emergency earlier this year. The staff recognized the signs immediately, and had me in for a visit. I had another emergency and the specialist wouldn't call me back. I called Dr Bartholomew's office for advice and the staff got Dr Boscia, who I have never seen, on the phone. Also, the office is very clean and welcoming. Dr Bartholomew also picked up my mother's MD so early, the retinal specialist said he may have missed it. Very thorough, competent and compassionate.

I broke my glasses so I stopped by their office without an appointment. I was helped by Lyndsey who was wonderful to deal with. My glasses could not be fixed but she got a pair that my lenses would fit in and to my surprise I got a phone call the same day that they were ready for pick-up. Outstanding customer service.

Optical Technician Matt did an excellent job educating me about the different designs of Varilux lenses. His knowledge about lenses and AR coatings helped me make the best decision for my specific vision needs. All the staff at Forks Optical are welcoming, extremely helpful and provide top quality customer service.

I have just completed the 4th of 4 optilight treatments for dry eye disease. After each treatment, my dry eyes were noticeably less dry and I am hopeful this progress will continue. From the first consultation, Dr. Bartholomew has answered all my questions about this light therapy and gave me the confidence to try it. She and her assistant, Kerstin completed each session while putting me at ease; and making sure I was comfortable and answering any question or need I had. The therapy I received was not terribly painful - the first part was aptly described as a rubber band snapped on one's skin- just a little discomfort; the rest of the treatment was less intense and more soothing. Dr. Bartholomew and Kerstin kept a casual dialogue going and kept me informed each step of the way through the treatment. I was so thrilled to learn of this treatment as the dry eye disease was becoming a daily frustration for me. Now I have much less dryness in my eyes and I'm so glad I decided to get this therapy. Everyone in this office has been polite, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend this treatment for dry eye disease and getting it with Dr.Bartholomew at this office. My experience has been very positive.

Robin goes above and beyond to trouble shoot problems you are having. She is amazingly skilled at picking out the perfect glasses for your face shape and providing a perfect adjustment. She is friendly and patient. Chad and Matt are wonderful as well. I appreciate all of your help.
