Rude and unprofessional. Called bc I was recommended by my endocrinologist to see an ophthalmologist bc I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. The lady on the phone did not listen to and me kept asking questions that I already answered. I'm currently in pain and need to see someone as soon as possible but was told that I need to have my dr fax over my diagnosis before I can schedule an appt. Def not going there to be treated like a child and not listened to. Thanks but no thanks.

I have been a patient for many years and I love the doctors. However, I am tired of being disappointed by the front desk staff. They are very unprofessional and quite honestly I'm done making excuses for them over the years. They are slow to pick up the phone when you call to make an appointment. Phone wait times are significant. They always appear to be in a bad mood when a patient arrives - no smiles. They constantly make mistakes such as not letting patients know that a particular service is not covered ahead of a visit. They are not patient-oriented and tend to be problem-focused instead of solution-focused. I don't know if this is a hiring issue, a pay issue, a tough workplace issue - but it definitely does not look good for the business. I hope the owner takes a closer look at this situation and considers surveying customers as well as employees to get a better sense of what may or may not be happening. Please note that I am not interested in a canned response to this review, so please do not do so. I worked in the service industry for many years and know what good service looks like. It's starts with the receptionist, followed by the staff and then the doctors. Good luck!

Probably the rudest office personnel you will ever meet. Not only are they unfriendly, they lack poor customer service, and will talk behind your back once you are seated. The actual visitation time from door to visit is notoriously slow. Parking is limited and they overbook appointment based on that availability as well. Unless your appointment is the first of the day; more than like you are waiting 1 to 2 hours for your turn. Avoid at all costs.

I mixed up the y and showed up a week.
The woman at the desk was following procedures and I wasn't able to keep my appointment. I was a bit upset although it was my fault. Dr. Labib took it upon herself to go above and beyond and rectify the situation. She quickly became one of my favorite doctors as she is highly skilled very personable and has the best bedside manner you could ask for. I sincerely appreciate what she does and how she does it. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen.

Drove my daughter to her appointment today as we did not know what was being done if she would be able to see after, she went to the desk and I went to sit down and receptionist told her I had to go back out to car as patients could only be in waiting room. Ridiculous and rude; I'm 76 and it was cold out, but I was supposed to sit in the car. If I ever need an eye doctor it won't be at any of your facilities. By the way only 2 other people came in while we were there and they both had other people with them.

I have tried calling numerous times over the past month in an attempt to cancel my MARCH 8 appt at 9:15. Everytime I am left on hold for over half an hour before I give up. I call in the morning, I call in the afternoon. I press 2 and sit on hold. Anyway consider this my cancelation message and if y'all try to charge me for not showing up we are going to have problems.

No communication! They shut off phones at 4:30 even though they're open until 5.
Cannot get a call back from anyone nor speak to a tech or office representative!
Cannot get help with a problem after surgery.
Office staff is cold and uncaring. They have lost their compassion from years ago. Not sure what has happened here.
