By far the best and most honest optical place I have ever been to. No need to be pressured to buy 2 pair in order to get a good deal. Dean gives a fair great deal on everything you purchase at anytime you may need them. They are always on time for appointments. Schedule your appointment and you won't be disappointed.

Dr Pelosi was personable, explained everything and I was treated more like a friend than a client. Dean was helpful in picking out frames and explained the insurance coverage. Both very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Gladly recommend to anyone!!

Always an enjoyable experience with Dr Pelosi. She is friendly and explains everything that is found and the direction for sight improvement. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and provides the fitting need for new frames and expertly delivers the correct prescription for great sight.

I had a very good experience at Palmer Eye Associates. I had to schedule my appointment a while in advance, but I was able to do it completely online, which I liked. They make it very clear what information they need; it's the same info you would fill out on the clipboard you usually get when going to a doctor/optometrist/dentist for the first time, like your insurance info. I went in on Monday the 24th. Dr. Pelosi was friendly whilst she examined my eyes and answered all of my questions. I picked out the frames I liked, and Dean took care of those and processing my visit payment. He said my glasses would be ready by Thursday, but the next afternoon I got an email saying they were ready for pickup. I made sure to note when Dean said they only give notifications through email and text message, not phone calls. I stopped by the office and only waited a few minutes to get my new glasses. Dean said to come back any time if they needed adjustment or anything else. He was kind enough to adjust them once for me there at the office before I took them home. They fit very nice and my eyes feel better. They seemed to run the office very well for the amount of patients they had at the time I was there, and I was okay with waiting my turn. The front area was also very nicely decorated and clean. If I need anything else in the future regarding my vision, I will definitely go back to Palmer Eye Associates.

Dr.Pelosi is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dean in the optical department is very patient and knowledgeable. He is very helpful when selecting glasses and insurance coverage. Several of my family and friends are patients of Dr. Pelosi. I highly recommend Palmer Optical.
