Terrible location.
They have 4.2 stars for a reason.
I purchased glasses in April of 2025. I paid extra to have Crizal scratch resistant coating applied to the lenses. It wasn't documented on the paperwork specifically but I was assured it was part of the package. I was told that I could have the lenses replaced one time in the first year if I had a problem. I called about having the scratched lenses replaced and was told the store changed the policy and all they could do is offer a 20% discount.
I was told specifically they changed the policy at corporate and wouldn't honor what I was sold when I purchased my lenses.
They are not an honorable establishment.
I will be taking my eye wear business elsewhere after 50 plus years.
The Eye Doctor is good.

Good eye doctor, but would not recommend getting your prescriptions through them. I received my glasses after two weeks, with both lenses flipped upside down. How that occurs, I don't even know? They kept them once again and I was told it would be a few days to fix. I finally went to the store two weeks later, after calling multiple times to see what the problem was and receiving no answers. They did absolutely nothing to fix them within those two weeks. After going to the store that day, they were done within an hour. Don't waste your time going here.

I guess Pearle vision in the Palmer mall closes whenever they feel like it. I just left there again at 6:30 and they were closed supposed to be open till seven. I just want to pick something up. This is not the first time.

I ordered sunglasses about 8 weeks ago. 1st two sets of lenses didn't fit the frames. They ordered directly from Oakley instead. Called today and they only had one lense?? They never gave me call backs with updates, I always had to call. Every time I called I was told 'this week'. Lady manager promised me a call back today. She left for the day before calling me back. I cancelled my order and can only hope the refund actually goes through and reported to my insurance appropriately. Tried to log a complaint on their website and that didn't work either!
