They don't answer or return calls. They changed a location on me with a 1 day notice without giving me a call and an option to reschedule. After calling 3-4 times and leaving multiple voicemails - nothing.

Dr. Devisetty took the time to provide personalized care for a stressful situation and also followed up with me the same day to make sure I was doing ok. She answered all of my questions. She is an excellent and professional doctor that I would highly recommend.

Went to Dr.Devisetty at Anderson campus today and it was the worst experience I ever had with a Doctor. Simple eye exam and waited two hours to see the Dr. Terrible quality of care and was with me for 1 minute. Didn't care that she was so far behind and never apologized for the delay. Very much ego-centric personality and said that I don't need to see her, she only treats the really bad-stuff and covers the entire hospital..... she's so important.....like I would see her anyway if I had a serious eye problem..... everyone goes to Wills for the serious issues of the eye.... not this place!
