Completely unprofessional. Look else where. It took nearly 2 months for me to get my glasses. After calling and calling with no information. They canceled my children's appointment the week before the date after waiting for more than 3 months. Recently finding out that they are the same one who work in the allentown office. Where there I had the same issues. They are never held accountable for their actions which is why they keep on getting away with everything. Reporting them never works because the "supervisor" never do anything. Going on almost 3 weeks and the so called "manager" till todays date had not even gotten in contact with me. Dont waiste your time here.
