Dr. Willard is the best ophthalmologist I've ever been treated by. He met me, a new patient, on an off day when I needed treatment. He is concise yet thorough. I would absolutely recommend him.

What a fantastic doctor. I was told I needed to see an ophthalmologist right away. This doctor took me in the same day. He gave great care and took his time. I'm so greatful to have found this doctor. I am able to see my eyes no longer hurt. My issue was poor fitting contacts that were the wrong prescription that had irritated my eyes to a blood red color and they were swollen. Now because of going to this doctor I can see again and I'm not in pain

So far I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Willard and the rest of his staff... To start, I had an injury take place on a Saturday evening for which he was the consulting doctor. He then spoke with me on Sunday, and we had an appointment for the following Monday... It seems he's always involved and ready to help, which impressed me greatly! His knowledge is fascinating to me, and the ability to share it in a manner where I was actually able to understand was a huge benefit. He has everything in his office down to a science, which I really appreciate the efficiency. Everything he did was quick and to the point, without sacrificing being thorough in any way. A huge thank you to everyone here!

Dr Willard is a tremendous asset to the community . As a healthcare provider, he has helped with emergency eye evaluations on weekends and his days off. Today I needed his evaluation as a patient (and inconveniently on a Saturday afternoon) with an eye injury. He was amazing and met me at the office for an exam and treatment. If you're looking for a doctor with expert knowledge and great care, it's here with Dr Willard. He's consistently awesome.

My encounter with Dr Willard was nothing but miracle. I woke up with a blurry eye and it won't go, I went to emergency room with crazy eyeball pressure. They were trying to release the pressure with a surgical procedure and Dr Willard was on call. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed me and recognized a very rare disease that younger doctors in emergency room did not hear of. I think it already tells of his extraordinary experience. Dr Willard was able to recover my condition with a whole different treatment and since then I do not trust with my eyes to no one else but him. I liked his jokes a lot and he has a very unique character overall. Dr Brian Willard saved my eye sight and I wish this world had more doctors like HIM.

This is the worse place ever. I will NOT recommend to anyone. Brian M Willard is a racist and will be reported. Every time I take my son there he refers to him as a girl & I corrected him each time which is fine some people get that wrong. However, each appointment he seems very unbothered with my son and I & I felt like he didn't like black people. TODAY 10/14/2024 my son had an appointment and while we're in the back he has him read off some letters. Then he tells me he needs to put eye drops in his eyes. I told him he is very fidgety when it comes to eye drops so I'll help you. He attempted ONCE and put the eye drops away and said we'll just do this next time. I asked him why if he needs this , it's part of the exam to check the back of his eyes. Brian Willard tells me well he's going to keep moving and you need patience for that. I looked at him and asked you don't have patience? He's a 6 year old boy, he's a child. Kids are going to move. Then he proceeds to tell me I'll refer you to someone else who can help. So as mad as I am I say okay just so we can leave. I walked to the front towards the receptionist and as we're waiting I look at the new prescription he wrote for my son & I realized a difference in the prescription. I asked him how come there's a difference and he says because his eyes are equal now and I say okay but you literally just told me to order the same prescription but now you want me to change it? He said yes & asked me where did he go before & where did you order the glasses from. I said he's only been here nowhere else & glasses were ordered through Zenni. He says okay I was going to refer them since he's always breaking his glasses anyway (in a sarcastic way). So I looked at him and took a deep breath! Then he says what don't you understand that I said do you need me to belittle it for you? So I said to him it's not that I don't understand what you said it's the fact I don't like how you're speaking to me. You only treat me a weird way when we come in here. Everyone else gets a better treatment and smiles while we get attitude & you don't want to do your job. So therefore just give me the name of the place you're referring us to and I'll call myself and we will not be coming back here to be treated rudely! The receptionist (a woman) rolled her eyes at me and gave me the card for referral. I took my son out of there immediately. I do not like the disrespect nor being treated unfairly. Today was our last day.

The receptionist, who I believe is his wife, is very nice. The doctor is friendly to patients that are as pretentious as him. But if you come in with your SO and they have injured their eye don't expect even courtesy. He treated my adult partner as if he were a child. Admonishing him for having pain. My partner is no sissy and will only bother with doctors if he's in terrible pain. The doctor came out for eye drops and rolled his eyes at his receptionist wife. Nothing was explained. Don't bother with this doctor. He only treats certain patients as humans. DO NOT USE HIM.

Dr Willard is very professional. He is very excellent at prescribing glasses and explaining what is going on in your eyes. If you have questions he answers with clear explanation. I appreciate his thoroughness. I highly recommend him. His staff is lovely.
