I brought my son, who has special needs, to the office to see Dr. Maderski. I liked her a lot. Front office staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable. I brought my son in for a 9:30 am appointment and we waited there with my son being overwhelmed by all the people coming in and out. I was having a difficult time with him because of the wait. I went to the desk a couple times to check on when he was going in because people were coming in and going before him. Finally someone said his appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. I ask why, I wasn't told his appointment wasn't until 10:30 when we first checked in. I just got a stare. They all watched my son have behaviors and said absolutely nothing. I would have been happy leaving and returning at the right time to save him (and me) from stressing out.

Dr. Madurski is great. Very friendly and seems knowledgable.
Front desk girls are friendly to patients but pretty unprofessional. Talking about personal inappropriate stories very loudly. Other staff I dealt with, not very friendly and didn't hide their annoyed or irritated emotions at all. I had to leave and come back one time and knew that the staff was talking about me when I returned.
Didn't feel that I was truly cared for or respected so I will be looking elsewhere.
