Have had only great experiences with Dr Washek. I would recommend her for regular eye care and for cataract surgery.

I've been going to Dr. Washek for several years & recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. I couldn't be more pleased with both the process & outcome. Dr. Washek patiently explained my options & helped guide me to the best solution for me. Everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Washek was top-notch, and I highly recommend her as an Ophthalmologist! Dr. Washek spent a lot time with me, listened to my concerns, and performed a thorough exam on my eyes. She was not rushed at all during my appointment, made sure to answer all my questions, had excellent bedside manner, and genuinely cared about me and making sure I felt comfortable with my new eyeglass prescription. The overall experience was one of the best that I have had at a physician's office because of the detail and care Dr. Washek put in. She truly made me feel informed and cared for, and I will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs an Ophthalmologist!

Dr. Washek has taken wonderful care of my elderly mother with very serious eye problems. Other doctors have been unable to help her in the past. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. We are lucky to have her in Erie!

she is a young"doctor "that has no bedside manner, time, or concern to listen to what you have to say as the patient. she completely disregarded concerns 3 other eye doctors had regarding my condition. she acted like i knew nothing, although I'm the 1 experiencing what i have going on with my eyes, but the fact that she is the 1 with the degree what she says what it is, or is not. she rudely snatched a paper away from me that she had just handed me because I argued my point, so she needed to change something on the paper. in my 44 years of my own experiences with doctors and over 20 years doing home health taking clients to all kinds of doctors, i have never experienced a doctor so disrespect and self-centered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN FOR A PET AS LAST RESORT! YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE AT DEALING WITH YOUR ISSUE YOUR SELF THAN THINKING SHE WOULD.

A great caring Doctor that really took her time with my husband's eye issue. I would recommend for sure.
