Gem City Eye Care

Yesterday, my cousin and I stopped into Gem City Eyewear. My cousin from out of town had bent her glasses and she was unable to wear them. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating! They fixed her up immediately and everything was perfect with the glasses.. They did not charge us. The office itself was so clean and beautiful. Thank you so much for doing this for her! I will be raving about you to others!

Dr. Leszek and his staff are kind and attentive. Dr. Leszek takes time to listen and caught a problem with my vision that no other doctor had noticed in 40 years. As a result, I no longer have headaches and my prescription hasn't worsened as much over time. I'm so grateful. Alice will treat you like family. They are wonderful with our children, also. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Every aspect of my experience at Gem City Eye Care was great. The staff was courteous and professional; the Dr. was excellent. My frames and contacts were ready in 5 business days. You couldn't ask for a better experience.

I stumbled on this place accidentally and I am so glad that I did! Dr was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough exam and answered all my questions. Alice is also very friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly for an appointment which I was very happy about and grateful for. The only downside is that they don't accept my insurance, but it seems that most of them don't. But because of the doctor and the quality of care I didn't mind paying out of pocket for the exam I am thrilled to find a good optometrist. I have rather high standards and I am very pleased with this doctor and office. It truly is a hidden gem!

What a hidden 'gem!' I stopped to asked if they could help tighten the screws on my Sunglasses and in minutes Hayey(?) replaced them and I couldn't be more pleased! What a great place and Hayley(?) (what a sweetheart) was a great help! Thank you so very much. P.S. ...and she didn't charge me!

What incredible customer service from Dr. Leszek to everyone at Gem City! In my opinion, if you aren't going here for your eyes, you obviously can't see clearly!! Shout out to Hayley, she is very talented in assisting choosing frames that fit the total you. I also love that all the women in the building got involved in helping choose my new frames

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both times I went, it was just before 1pm, and I was prepared to wait a few minutes until their lunch break was over. Both times they let me in early. They helped me pick a great pair of frames, too. The doctor is very knowledgeable, and I feel like he gave me the most accurate prescription I've had in years.

I had a wonderful exam with Dr. Leszek! Every employee here was so friendly as well. Haley was exceptionally helpful with teaching me how to insert and remove contacts for the first time. I highly recommend going here!
