1 star is way too much. Front end employees are friendly. The Doctor's side is a different story. Staff is rude and makes you feel unwelcome. They were discussing another patient billing issues and not paying attention to my questions.

While casualty shopping for new glasses my husband & I stopped into LensCrafters. We were immediately met by a very pleasant woman who was very knowledgeable & attentive. Their selection was good in the great value collection. The entire transaction went smoothly & the final cost after insurance was reasonable. She even cleaned & fixed my husband's current glasses to make them fit better. My husband purchased metal rims, lined bifocals, scratch resistant lenses & anti glare & insurance. Ordinarily these would be very expensive, but with the special pricing & insurance we paid under $200.00 which is affordable. The service was exceptional, but I can't say yet if the finished product will be perfect, however, we were told no matter what they would make it right at no cost. My husband was pleased with his selection & the service he received. I would highly recommend. Go on a Sunday afternoon, it's quiet & they can spend more time with you. Ask about the specials with or without insurance.
