I spent an hour this morning with one of the case mangers, Mason. He was so helpful in discussing my concerns, offering suggestions, explaining the services and resources that the Sight Center offers. I highly recommend this organization!

My contact, Penny, was apparently laid off and no one told me. When I called, the Director, I believe it was Virginia, was extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. The only services that were offered were for their agendas and to "keep their budget money". A discount ride to an out of town eye guy is all I was offered. This place is a disgusting joke for those of us who need these services. Shame on you and may you do better in the future!
