Vision Associates IS SEPARATE FROM LENS CRAFTERS, they benefit by sharing the building because they have a doctor that writes the prescription and then they can make their sales reviews on a business should be made on that business specifically and no way are they tied to one another even contractually this reason is sharing a building to benefit both sides review the customer service and the business that affected your experience That would be my recommendation, I do you know at times their phones go out because I work in the same plaza, but I would never go anywhere else. The medical receptionist and technicians THAT WORK FOR THE DRS OFFICE CALLED VISION ASSOCIATES: go out of their way with hospitality and professionalism, whether it's simple conversation or entertaining your children so you can get an exam , speaking from experience .. and Dr Peterson is highly regarded for a reason. I am thankful I walk out of there with sight. I didn't have walking in and to have a feeling like that should be worth 100 reviews.

We have been going here for several years for eye exams and glasses. My daughter needed contacts for dance. We were worried this would be a big deal. The lady was so patient and made the experience calming. And this resulted in success. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating including the LensCrafters employees. Wonderful environment!

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. In all fairness, some of the blame needs to go to LensCrafters as they are in bed with each other. After failing miserably to get my glasses ordered, I looked at ordering online or through Walmart. I need a license number from their office where my eye exam was done and they won't reveal it so I can buy elsewhere. Multiple phone calls and messages remain unreturned! Now I'm going to have to pay again for another exam somewhere else. Horrible business practice here!!! Go somewhere with better service like Walmart .

Horrible 20 yrs of going there lost my contact and they could do nothing ridiculous I have great insurance so bye bye
