Friendly, professional staff but their prescription glasses just haven't worked out for me the last two separate times going there. My vision with the new glasses was blurry and out of focus. My 5 buck cheater glasses from the drugstore work better! Not recommended.

You guys are the best! Thank you so much for you help. I'm happy I found a place I can trust with a clean office, and a quality staff who is well trained and made every step of my visit easy. I'll be telling everybody!!

Big Shout out to the West Penn Optical Team!!!! The Doctor is extremely thorough with the examination, and the support staff is there to provide the excellent customer service. Gracias Mary for the walk-in eye glass adjustment! These new lenses feel so comfy!

Had my first appointment with West Penn Optical today and I was more than happy with my experience! Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I hardly had to wait and I didn't feel rushed what-so-ever. I was offered many different samples and options for my contacts which was very helpful. The Dr. was fantastic - I will definitely be returning for future appointments!

You would think that after you pay so much money on a product, you would receive good treatment. I was fooled. The doctor is impatient when going through the examination. Flying through the test, not giving enough time to appropriately compare which lens is best for my eye, then gets frustrated when I asked for more time and so she "ended the test prematurely." Felt upset that I wasn't listened to. Gets the prescription wrong, then blames it on "Your eyesight changed." Eyesight does not spontaneously change within a week of the test. When trying to get it fixed they charge me full price for their error. Very unsatisfied with West Penn Optical. I would not recommend.

Wonderful staff, and very professional would recommend them to Anyone!
