Have gotten multiple pairs of glasses here over the years bringing in my prescription. They have a smaller selection than the big box stores but the staff is way more knowledgeable and helpful in my opinion and I've never had any struggle finding a frame I liked. Prices are comparable or less than the big box stores

This place is a joke!! So when my first pair of glasses came in they were the wrong glasses all together and they took two weeks to get in. The second pair of glasses came in two weeks later and I couldn't see out of them at all and the woman that runs the place argued with me saying just hold your glasses up. Eventually she said she would send them back. Six weeks later 4/14/25 I finally received my glasses and she didn't even ask if I needed them adjusted she basically pushed me out. I will never deal with them again!!! I would give them a zero stars rating if that was an option

Things were ok until I went to pick up my new glasses. I put them on and could not read a thing (near or far). I proceeded to close one eye at a time to determine if I could identify the side that was troublesome. The lady rudely scolded me saying I should never close one eye with glasses on. I explained the issue and she scolded me again.... at this point I asked for a refunded and she refused. No worries....USAA will help to resolve the issue. Unfortunately I need to start the process over and get new glasses elsewhere....

I was sold a pair of glasses that were to big for my head and don't fit. In addition they were about twice as expensive as other places for the same pair of glasses.

Called over the phone to explain what I was looking for and got a rude response before even finishing, hung up immediately. If that's how they answer the phones, I doubt their "bedside" manner is any better.
