We can had a great at the Harrisburg PA location. My y husband and I really want to thank Susan for all of her hard work with working with our insurance and the extra mile she went for us! Please do not go to Olivia, my husband's glasses could have been ordered if she had picked up the phone but instead chose not too, since she be was to busy wanting be to get out of there, be even though she had an hour and half left.

If i could leave zero stars i would. You dont tell anyone the frames available for the 2 for $95. Then I sit there for 4+ hours to be charged $69 bc YOU dont put descriptions in your ad. No glasses and out 69 dollars youre pathetic. 4 hours because YOUR system doesnt work. And your supervisor is NEVER there. The absolute worst place I've gone. They had 1-2 styles and they were not fitting my face at all as my face was too small for hipster glasses. I dont want some BS reply on here I want contacted. I will be calling tomorrow. OH and whoever you have long blonde hair first desk and additude from hell i simply said "they only have one style" she felt the need to speak over me and say "Their is more than one" as they were all roughly the same LARGE framed glasses. I wont return.

The office is extremely busy, but each employee is professional and helpful. The front desk even double checked to see if my insurance was accepted, saving me $150.00 on the visit. Great visit and I will give my referral to others.

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Every single time my wife has an appointment here, she has to wait over an hour from her scheduled appointment time just to get to the pre-screening room. And then there is more waiting for the exam, and even more waiting to order contact lenses or eyeglasses. This is by far the worst experience for eye care imaginable. They don't respect your time and they don't respect you. I have been going to the eye doctor for 25 years across 4 states and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Please, if you are considering this business, find somewhere else. You are better off literally anywhere else. They should be named America's Worst.

If I could give a 0 I would! One star is way too generous. Had an appt @ 4:30pm today, complete waste of time. From the moment I walked in - it went downhill very quickly. I started to give the receptionist my name, the lady sitting beside her with scrubs on aggressively puts her hand up like STOP, she then says "I'll help you over here". I then asked the same lady if she could please look for my husbands frames that have been here for a while, she looked in 2 drawers and says "Just exactly how long is a while" In the meantime I asked where the restrooms were, I walk back past the water fountains that had to be the dirtiest most disgusting things I have ever seen. Open the door to the restroom and guess what??? Totally disgusting, urine in the toilet, on the toilet seat, trash and toilet paper all over the floor. At that time I realized that there is no way I'm letting this place examine my eyes, when was the last time the equipment was cleaned. You can't clean the restrooms that the public uses, I'm almost going to bet that nothing else gets cleaned either. Stay away

I called them because I was going to be late due to a traffic accident on the highway. They told me they would give me an extra 20 minutes. When I arrived, they made me wait an hour and a half. I asked them why all this waiting, and they said, "Because you were late." I replied, "I called you and you told me you would give me an extra 20 minutes." They couldn't answer. For the first time, I felt like people were making fun of me, and for the first time, I saw a company punishing its customer in this way. They made me miss another appointment, and I informed them about it, but they didn't care. I wasted two whole hours, and they didn't even apologize.

Selection was not the best but I did find 2 pairs I liked and bought. It has been 2 weeks and no call or email about 1 pair being ready. I knew that the other glasses would take longer as I was told. So I called and the person who answered sounded tired and uninspired to answer. I gave her my name and asked about the status of my glasses, since I told her I have not heard anything.<< hold on I'll check, yes their here >> no apology for not being notified( I know it's not her fault personally) but be a little more respectful to the customers inquiring. Will probably go to the Camp Hill location in the future.

Mostly everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Elizabeth, Renata, and Kayla are GREAT I had one bad experience on the phone. I believe it was the manager and I think her name is Denee. I received a call for the status of my glasses and asked for a status of contacts and she REFUSED to help me and was very rude about refusing to provide the status of glasses and contacts on the same call. I've had other employees there, though, willing to look it up and help me.
