I have been a patient at Weber vision for many years and have always seen Dr. Williams. I truly enjoy my visits and feel that I am in wonderful hands! I recently saw Dr. O'Neal and I was impressed with her knowledge, bedside manner and thorough explanation of test results and recommendations. Both doctors are excellent! I feel the staff is attentive, helpful, and polite to patients. My eye exam was professional and thorough and I love my eye doctor. She's very personable. The downside? The optical has a long wait time. The glasses you purchase will be high quality, but they will be very pricey. You are kind of steered right to the optical after your exam, which can feel awkward if you aren't someone who is willing to say no. If you do want to pick out your glasses with them, it may be a significant wait to be assisted. This isn't a negative for everyone. If you're busy, it can be hard to take a lot of time waiting. Appointments for the optical are available. I don't know if you will have to wait if you show up for the appointment and someone else is being helped ahead of you.
