Dr Mishu and the entire staff are the best I've ever seen for any medical procedure!! They're right on time with appointments / friendly yet professional / explain every step and made me feel like I was indeed important as a patient. Dr Mishu's personal touch just adds to the confidence in what was going to happen. The facility is clean and top-notch.

I had ICL surgery and the whole staff made it so easy and a great experience. Dr. Mishra is very thorough and educates you about each part in the process. I'm a year out now and my vision is great! Highly recommend working with them!

Staff was wonderful! Had issues either a prior Eye Dr, but Bryce put me at ease and made the whole process so much better for me. Dr Bondira was great explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Best experience I've ever had at an Eye Dr.

I am so impressed by the warm and professional service I received at Vistaura Eye! Because I had several appointments involving cataract surgery, I met a number of staff members, and each one was respectful, welcoming, and patient. Dr. Mishra made sure that I was given all of the information that I needed to ensure successful recoveries from the procedures. I am so glad that my optometrist referred me to Vistaura Eye.

Very disappointed with Dr. Bondira. I have had two appointments with her. The first appointment she was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. I had an appointment today and she was 55 minutes late. I left without care. Due to my husbands medical condition we are on a strict schedule. Physicians need to realize their patients time is valuable. It would have been professional for a staff member to update a patient on the time delay. That was not done. It's rude and disrespectful. I also cant understand why a doctor can be almost an hour late when the practice has only been open for a little over an hour. Dr. Mishra and Dr. Miller are wonderful. Timely and professional. I suggest patients make an appointment with them. I now change my review to 5 stars. Bryce and the staff were very helpful after I had to leave my appointment. I appreciate their time.

Fantastic staff and easy appointments. Everyone took the time to hear what I had to say, discuss my options and followed through on our care plan. I'd definitely recommend them!

My family and I have been patients of Schein Ernst Mishra (now Vistaura Eye) for many years and have always received exceptional care. My husband underwent a successful ICL procedure with Dr. Ernst, and my father received excellent treatment and several surgeries from Dr. Miller. Because of this long, positive history, my recent experience with the office staff specifically (and Dr. Bondira) was deeply disappointing. I've been seeing Dr. Bondira for a persistent lump on my eye. At my most recent visit, I arrived a few minutes late due to work delays but called ahead to let the office know. After waiting for some time in the exam room, I briefly answered an urgent client call--something I rarely do, but my job sometimes requires it. Unfortunately, at that moment, the doctor entered the room. I immediately apologized and worked to end the call, but shortly after, a staff member came in and spoke to me harshly and loudly, threatening that I'd have to leave if I wasn't ready immediately. My client overheard the exchange, and I was embarrassed and shocked by the unprofessional tone. When the doctor returned, I apologized again and explained my situation. We continued with the appointment, and I was told I would receive a referral for a second opinion. Which I very much so need as noted by the office the lump has changed size, shape, color and location. But that referral never came. Instead, I later received a dismissal letter from Dr. Bondira. While I understand the importance of respecting appointment times and a doctor's schedule, I also believe compassion and professionalism are equally important--especially in healthcare. The way I was spoken to and ultimately dismissed left me questioning how this practice now treats its long-standing patients. I hope my experience encourages more empathy and better communication for others who entrust Vistaura Eye with their care.

Great doctors. Dr. Bondira and her team are very thorough and professional. Unfortunately the office does not offer late hours and the appointment took an hour longer than the amount of time given at scheduling.
