Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and thorough. We love her! My husband and I feel like family when we are there. We recently moved away from the Harrisburg area, but continue to make the 90 minute drive for our appointments. The entire staff is awesome, going out of their way to accommodate us.

I had to change eye doctors and I'm so glad my first impression was a good one. The staff is just an AMAZING group of ladies. Love all their personalities. Their vibe/energy was on point. My eye doctor Mario was also amazing. I highly recommend coming here. You definitely won't be disappointed with the staff, doctors and choices of glasses.

Dr. Smith is like a family member (albeit, she is not my blood relative). She is down to earth, empathetic, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all kind. She takes her time with her patients to address and discuss any and all concerns. I never feel rushed when I meet with her and I know that she is going to shoot straight and not sugar coat results and findings. I absolutely love her and I'm certain that if you visit, you'll catch the vibe, too. Her staff kills it every time as well. They couldn't be any nicer or helpful. Thank you, Dr. Smith and staff for keeping my eyes tip top and keeping my reading glasses in style!

I arrived for my appointment not feeling well, the tech advised me that if I was not well enough for the test, I could come back at another time. That in itself was impressive. I decided to "tough it out" & she proceeded with the test. She could not have been more considerate & concerned about my comfort level. From the front desk until I walked out the door, the staff were top-notch. I would highly recommend this practice.

Our family of 6 has been seeing Dr. Smith for many years for our annual eye check-ups. Together with her office staff they continue to keep up with the latest technology and visionware. They are experts at helping you to find the right frames/lenses. And when your glasses come in, you get a cloth, cleaner and a chocolate! We always feel like family when we come to visit

Always have a very good experience with Dr. Smith and her staff. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They rake rheir time with me to make sure that I fully understand everything and they always answer all of my questions. They are very thorough and provide excellent treatment.

Dr. Saracino and his wonderful and professional staff go above and beyond for every patient. My family and I have been going here for many years. I would recommend his office for all of your eye care needs! My son has been using the myopia soft contact lenses since he was 8 years old with great success so far!

I found Dr Smith at Gerchberg Smith Eye Associates back in the Franklin Town Centre days. Has to be close to 30 years ago. She has been an amazing care provider and I trust my family's eye care to her today. Both Drs Smith and Saracino are very knowledgeable and the staff is fantastic. We always feel welcomed and well cared for at every visit.
