Dr. Lora Smith, Dr. Mario Saracino

Dr. Saracino gave me an inaccurate prescription, leading to severe dizziness, headaches, fatigue and a trip to Urgent Care. I had to visit this office 4 times until they gave me an accurate prescription (initial eye exam, glasses check, RX check, followed by a new exam). They charged me for the RX check, despite them being at fault -- It was discovered that the doctor skipped dilating my eyes which lead to the error (despite my chart indicating I consented to dilation). There was no apology and a member of the office team attempted to gaslight me when I asked for an explanation of the negligence. Another member was more kind and professional. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how we repair the harm that matters most. This location and the West Shore location that I visited previously both forgot to send my eye drop prescription to the pharmacy...this happened twice. Initially, I liked going to this practice, but this whole debacle was my tipping point to seek better care. (My career background is training medical doctors on their interpersonal skills... I had a positive experience with Dr. Miller, but would not recommend Dr. Saracino)

I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Saracino + all staff here. I highly recommend this office. This was only my first time seeing Dr. Saracino but there's no doubt how knowledgeable he is. I felt comfortable the entire time and liked everything about the office; even the decor is tasteful. The check-in staff/medical assistants were so genuinely friendly too. This is the first time in my life I did not dread being at the eye doctor. I did not have to wait to be seen either which is something I am not used to. Again, cannot recommend enough!!

In a few words , great service , personable, professional and patient. Dr Smith has worked with my mother for many years. She was able to tell us something was off about mother's behavior. Her medical team had not picked up on these changes . The eye exams take longer because of mothers condition but Dr Smith works through the challenges very well. I trust this team with my mothers sight wholeheartedly. I switched eye doctors 4 years ago because I was able to get seen here in an emergency where I had to wait to see my eye doctor of 13 years. I see Dr Saracino who is thorough at explaining everything. Great Team !

My family and I have gone to Dr. Smith for more than a decade now. My wife was also treated for an urgent matter by Dr. Saracino in Dr. Smith's absence. In a word, the office is excellent. These doctors provide wonderful care for adults and kids alike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the selection of frames and always find something fun and stylish.

I found this office when I switched insurance and needed somewhere new. Dr. Saracino's office came up with many positive reviews. They weren't lying! I had an incredible experience and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Saracino was very thorough in my eye exam and the office staff was helpful in getting my new frames fitted.

I loved the doctors but the staff was very rude over the phone and even when the doctor was not present at the desk. I never got calls, voicemails or emails answered. When I asked to speak with the doctor I was told by the staff that supposedly "No one gets to speak to the doctors." I asked the staff to have the doctor call me because I wanted to tell her about the treatment i got from her staff but apparently they never gave her the message or the doctor didnt care to keep a patient because I never got a call. I was forced to transfer to another doctors office. Had to give at least one star to post this so the star is for the doctors.

Dr. Smith is pleasant and helpful. We enjoy going there. Always an easy experience.

The service is good.. Unfortunately this is not a VSP Premier center..So you may miss some bonus offer.
