I stopped in today after being sent around elsewhere by Eye Care Eye Wear Center, and the difference in experience was immediate.
Although they did not sell me my frames, the staff here took the time to help anyway. They reinserted my lenses, tightened the arm, and straightened the frames without charging me a fee and without involving my insurance, all with patience and professionalism.
The technician actually sat with me, reviewed my coverage, and explained my options clearly. I felt listened to and respected.
Because of how I was treated today, I will absolutely be back as soon as I'm eligible for new glasses.
This is how eye care should be done.

I don't often leave reviews, but today I had the best experience at LensCrafters. I accidentally rolled over my glasses while being a goof and annoying my boyfriend. They were bent and the screw was out and I thought they were broken. I was so upset and didn't have backups. Imagine my relief when their employee was able to fix them for me within like a minute! I really appreciated that! She even cleaned them! What a gal! She genuinely changed my whole day! She was very professional and quick and kind, I wish I had asked her name so I could say it.

This was my first visit to LensCrafters and it was the best experience. I've never had so much fun at an eye exam (LOL). The doctor was very informative and very kind. Special shout out to Amber who helped me pick out frames and made me feel so comfortable. I've already recommended this location to a friend. My appointment was Friday and I received my eyeglasses and contacts yesterday. It was a fast turn around time and I'm beyond impressed. Thank you guys for everything. See you in 12 months (LOL).

Chris was very rude and not helpful in resolving an insurance issue caused by LensCrafters. He stated that I did not return my glasses even though they were in fact returned and confirmed by another manager. Chris made rude comments to other staff before helping me. I was amazed at the lack of customer service from him. Other staff was very polite but couldn't help me.

Five stars all around, one of the best Lenscrafter locations that I've visited. My glasses were irritating my face and they figured out the problem and resolved it right away. Location is extremely clean, organized and staff is very friendly. Shout out to Shannon, Amber, and Brian who worked together like a well oiled machine to manage customers Black Friday weekend.
In other locations, I have felt uncomfortable just browsing but NOT this one. They will also assist to help you find which frame looks best for you. No hard sale/pressure shopping--that's what keeps you coming back!
