It took 2 years for me to finally get my PRK surgery. Consults and scheduling leading up to my PRK surgery was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Surgery day was the ONLY time that things actually went smoothly. Every appointment, you're waiting SO long. Why have a schedule when you cant stick with it? My 1 day follow up, I waited 30 min before being seen. My 1 week follow up, I was literally the first patient of the day and the only person in the waiting room and they were still 10 min late. (These were both at the Camp hill location. Every other appointment was HBG) My 1 month post op, there are 13 people in the waiting room ahead of me. Took 20 min to be seen. Now I'm waiting to be seen by another person. I always feel rushed with Dr.Brent. He seems completely unbothered, like a robot. At this rate, I. Just updating this every time I have an appt. I thought by making an appt at 7:40am, that I wouldn't have to wait. Took 30 min to be seen. She said how they should have called me back by now (when I asked at the 20min mark) so I told her this is very normal. She then does the typical excuses of "staffing" and "getting everyone back in the office." 1. Why don't you have everyone back? The peak of Covid was 3 years ago and 2. If you dont have the staff, then schedule for the staff you do have. Shout out to Kurt, he was great. I just want my vision to be 20/20 so that I never have to come here again. Whenever I need PRK again in 15-20 years, I will go elsewhere and I will never recommend this place.

I would like to formally recognize my eye doctor for providing outstanding care and professionalism during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the office environment was welcoming, organized, and efficient. The staff demonstrated courtesy, respect, and a clear commitment to patient care. My eye doctor was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient throughout the examination. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, answered all of my questions clearly, and ensured I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated the doctor's calm and reassuring demeanor. The examination itself was conducted with great attention to detail, using up-to-date equipment and clear communication. My doctor showed genuine concern for my eye health and made thoughtful recommendations tailored specifically to my needs. Their professionalism and expertise gave me confidence in both the diagnosis and the care plan moving forward. Overall, my experience was excellent. The level of care, communication, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this eye doctor and their practice to anyone seeking quality eye care.

My husband & I have been going to Premier Eye Group for years. Dr. Fugate is wonderful, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, supportive & has a great sense of humor. His staff is tops as well. I had a very good experience when undergoing cataract surgery a few years ago. I highly recommend this eye care group!

Premier eye care is a joy to visit. They break the exam into several parts so that they keep the ball rolling quickly. Staff was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking eye care.

Dr. Hosey is great! She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and included the benefits and drawbacks of treatment options. I felt like providing excellent care really mattered to her

My husband followed Dr.Fugate to Premier Eye from his last practice. He is always well cared for. Dr. Fugate is extremely competent and staff is always courteous. Would definitely recommend Dr.Fugate and this practice.

I've been coming here for years and have never been skipped over in the waiting area before, but that happened during this visit. I sat for nearly 30 minutes with my eyes dilated while another patient (who had arrived after me) was taken back to see Dr. Fugate. When I mentioned it, the staff member taking her back pretty much blew me off. I was very unhappy. However, the rest of the staff are wonderful, so I'm choosing to believe this was a chart mix-up. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Professional, expedient, well trained. Low turnover of staff. Doctors are personable and afford a bit of time to patients to just explain what they are doing. Overall they make your eyecare a low impact process. Thank you Premier Eye Care!
