Sam's Club offers affordable eye exams, and the doctor and management team here are truly a pleasure to work with. The doctor & manager are both attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your needs. It was a bit challenging to reach their optical department, as it seems there's only one person handling calls. Despite there was an error in my order, the staff was more than willing to assist me and helped ensure I received the best possible outcome in the situation.
