USA Eyecare

I've never in my life had such a bad experience until I had gone to this place. So unprofessional! The whole staff was ridiculous! The girls there have no manors and very unprofessional. Nobody, including the doctor ever explained anything to me! Just would always tell me to go pick out a frame. I was only going there because they accepted my insurance. A friend of mine told me about America's best and they offered VERY affordable glasses with a free eye exam! I went there yesterday and will NEVER step foot in USA Eyecare again! I wish I would have known this year's ago! I was so very pleased with the staff at America's best, their prices, no waiting time, variety of glasses. I would NEVER recommend USA Eyecare to anyone! Horrible place and staff!!!!

We'll staff it's great! No problem it's just my daughter right now haves no glasses she broke her glasses and now she's waiting to set up an appointment and now it said way too long for appointment she needs her glasses to get fixed she has insurance now she has the way to get it Azam to get her glasses back she got snow glasses she going to school with no glasses she can hardly see and it's so sad that they cannot help no openings or nothing this is so sad as me as a parent this need to be addressedBecause there is no help I spoke into the lead guy I do not know his name and he told me that he couldn't do anything at all and that is so sad I have to tell my daughter because she broke her glasses and now she cannot see at all

I had not been to an eye care specialist in many years. I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. From the front door staff, to the doctor, to the techs, to those that helped me pick out frames that looked good on my face, fantastic experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs eyeglasses.

Dr. Anne Mayer was the best! She was very patient and explained things thoroughly. And the receptionist Miss Ana, was also a wonderful staff member who was diligent in helping me with scheduling an urgent appointment for my son.

My appointment at USA Eyecare in Harrisburg mall was impeccable! The staff were outstanding. Dr. Anne was superb! I definitely appreciate their time and help. Honestly one of the best Eyecare experience I've had since I was a kid.

They are rude and nasty. I called trying to schedule a appointment and they were so rude. They said my insurance ID number was incorrect and referred me to call my insurance company and the medical assistant office. I called and on their end everything was good to go. Then the lady I was on the phone with kept saying it was incorrect but it wasn't because I made other appointments. I asked her to direct me to someone else. He was also rude and nasty. I told him my side of the story but he kept cutting me off, and he sounded like he was bothered. I was going to USA eyecare for years and this wasn't a issue. I said to him I'll have to look somewhere else since you guys aren't helping then he hung up the phone. This place is rude, nasty and mean! Everyone who works there is mean and treats you like trash. I work with customers all the time and I never treat them like I was treated today. Customer service is important and if you can treat the people who make your business happen like trash you will lose business!

My appointment was so fast and quick! I got an eye exam and brand new glasses in under 2 hrs. The ladies working helped me find glasses and reviewed my insurance coverage for me to make sure I was getting the best deal. Will deff go back again!

I took 4 children along and they were polite and friendly to me. Front desk staff were efficient and prompt. I got glasses in 1 hr. Simple process. Good care.
