I called in to ask if they were taking new patients (child) and if they had accepted my insurance . The woman who. Answered had absolutely no I dea what I was talking about and wanted to connect me to voicemail so the voicemail could answer my questions . I told her I don't understand how she doesn't know that if she is scheduling appointments. I ended up telling her based off of her lack of knowledge and the unwillingness to even find out the answer to my question, I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my child there .. I thanked her (for nothing basically ) and hung up .
