I came with my husband and sister-in-law. I am in a wheelchair and this wasn't a problem. Karen was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and this store. I left with a satisfied feeling that I had ordered the right frames. I ended up getting petite Donna Karen frames.

The ladies at Vision Works have been GREAT. I bought my current glasses at my eye doctors about 2 years ago and the one lense keeps falling out. My eye doctor sent me to vision works because they "have a lab and can relaser them" which is not true, but the ladies at vision works have fixed my glasses for me multiple times. Because they were so nice, I got a script from my doctor and I am getting new glasses at vision works. They got a new customer for sure.

Dr Andrea was amazing very friendly supportive and very attentive she explained everything in great detail made me feel super comfortable and confident in my exams! I was called and asked to come earlier to my appointment that was scheduled for at 5. I agreed to come at 3:40.
I arrived at 3:35 and was immediately told there is a long wait time and asked if I would like to reschedule, after I already rescheduled.
They told me there are 3 people ahead of me already, meaning it'll probably be 5pm until I'm seen.
I'm thoroughly disappointed, I arranged childcare and breastfeeding schedule to be able to come. The lady at the desk said "those babies come first," as if I'm not important to get care.

Andrea is so sweet and truly advocates for her patients. My astigmatism makes getting the right lenses challenging. She is the best thing that has happened to this location, and I truly appreciate her care. The front desk seems understaffed, which leads to poor follow up. The staff are kind, but messages left for the doctor often do not reach her. Management should hire more help.

From the moment we walked in, Karen greeted both my wife and I, and she was extremely kind, courteous and professional. Karen took the time out to show us some glasses and made absolutely sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase and was very detailed in her explanation about the whole experience. We told Karen that I had just had open heart surgery in January and that we weren't really sure if we were going to make the purchase for glasses because we thought it might be too expensive and that we didn't want to waste her time. Karen, then told us to not worry about it that she was going to do everything she could to make it happen, and she did. Wow, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had when being served. Kudos to Karen for doing such a great job!
I definitely recommend going to see Karen or Rick.
