Always had a good experience here, but not this time! 5 weeks still haven't received my glasses, asked when to expect them was told "I have no idea" , poor customer service!

I wouldn't go here if it wasn't for my insurance. You either get slow or rude customer service. Today was the second time I made an hour round trip to pick up my glasses and the prescription wasn't correct. Two more hours of round trips and another appointment so they can fix their mistake AGAIN. PS: One of my son's prescriptions was also incorrect. 3 times out of 5, our glasses were not correct. Avoid this place if you can.

I paid for an eye exam, bought two pair of Expensive glasses from them. I need a cheap pair to keep at work so I requested my pupillary distance and they said they will not give it to me. If it's part of my prescription then I paid for the information. I will not be going back for my next eye exam and will not be buying glasses through them again. They lost a customer.

I have been trying to call the Hazelton optical center from 530 pm till 6 pm (Monday). No answer. No machine to leave a message. My glasses are broke and only pair I have. I suppose they bailed out early today. ( Open till 6).
