Target Optical

First appointment here! All the workers were very nice, and I had the pleasure of wrapping everything up with your associate Linda. She was super friendly and made the experience so much better!! Kudos to her, she killed it!

It's been hard to find a great optical location. But not only is this location amazing and convenient for me, the wonderful associate Linda has been a God sent Angel. She is the most friendliest and caring person. With all my mishaps, I end up spending Friday mornings with her. She's always smiling, willing to jump in to assist and I found a friend in her. With me moving out of state, she'll be the reason to visit when I return. Stay true Linda and never stop showing that beautiful smile. Best optical location because of her!

I'm have been going to target opticle for over 15 years, I bought contacts and glasses and have annual exams. I love this last optometrist, she is excellent and I have never had an issue with her scripts. This more recent manager was not nice and did not attempt to help me. I scratched my glasses after a fall, my extended ins, expired 1 month before. Needless to say her uncaring, rude behavior will cost Target the rest of my business. I told her I would go somewhere else and she was fine with it. Never, ever experienced such terrible customer service. I would not recommend this optical service to anyone! However, II am so disappointed that I will not be returning to one of the best optometrist I have found!

In October, I embarked on the "quest" to get contacts. This seems like a small and reasonable endeavor for most people; however, I've always been super squeamish about my eyes-- making me a glasses girl for my entire life. At some point, I must have passively mentioned to the kind women working that I was only getting contacts to wear for my wedding. They shared in my excitement and really locked in to make sure I got my contacts. Contact training was an uphill battle for me. Even with their comprehensive instructions and tips, I just couldn't get myself to touch my eyes. I ended up leaving my first training appointment because I wasn't feeling well. Truthfully, I didn't even think I was going to go back. It took me a month to muster up the courage to try again. I came back and once again, immediately knew that I was in good hands. They expressed how glad they were that I decided to come back. Between my first and second appointment, I thought more about the tips they had given me and did a bit of practice. Paired with their fantastic training, I was able to get the contacts in and out of my eyes! The people at this location consistently go absolutely above and beyond. They are incredibly supportive and care so deeply about their patients. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my eye exams!

Was pleasantly surprised with my appointment at target optical. After struggling with getting my prescription right with my old eye dr, target optical did a great job and addressed my concerns and questions so well! Finally able to wear contacts again!

Renee was AMAZING GOING OVER AND BEYOND. I will highly recommend her and store to friends and family.

Dr. Bodamar and the support staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. Time was taken with the exam, discussing options for vision correction to work on the computer and read, and deciding on frames.

Very Friendly Services. From Doctor to Front-Desk Personnel are very helpfull to detailed of what you needed and the prices are very faired. Glasses quality was best on the Non-Scratch coating. Wear over a year without any major scratches. Love it...
