Indiana Eye Care

dr conway had horrible professionalism and was extremely rude to my teenage cousin and my grandma during her yearly exam. the ENTIRE staff was rude as well. every single person was rude except the younger blonde girl checking her after she first got there. i don't typically write reviews but the way they were treated just for existing in their office was horrific. i wouldn't recommend this place to even those i dislike. dr conway snapped at both of them throughout the exam. she used an eye stain that had proparacaine in it and did not warn her that her eyes would feel numb only that they would stain yellow, then treated her with disrespect when she asked about the feeling. the girl behind them during the exam with the clipboard was giving them dirty looks throughout their time there. when picking out glasses, she was not sure what she wanted and when my grandmother suggested she ask the woman at the desk to help she actually just got up and walked out of the room upon hearing her suggest that so that she didn't have to. like horrible horrible service. from check in to check out, the whole experience was appalling. dr heckert is who my family has been seeing for years even when she had her own practice and she has always been great. they mistakenly forgot to request her when making the appointment. dr conway was just plain abhorrent, and the rest of the staff had a snotty attitude every step of the way as well. even if they would have had dr heckert, the rest of the staff would have still had horrible bedside manner. go elsewhere.

Great place. Wonderful staff! My favorite is Angel Wolf! Lots of frames to choose from and she was very helpful and honest helping me choose them. I ended up getting 2 pair.

Angel is awesome! Very kind and caring. She treats the patients as if they were her own family! So helpful and very polite.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I took my THREE year old in and the doctor forced my son to continue with the exam EVEN THO he was over it! No call for that! He is THREE! She was very huffy and puffy about him not wanting to cooperate! I don't know what she expects from a THREE YEAR OLD! They should not take children if they cannot accommodate!

RW Bateson is an excellent optometrist. That's where it ends... They never answer the phone. It's all automated and you play phone tag. Their eyeglass selection is very limited and the office isn't very good at fitting you. The last two times that I got glasses, they didn't even come with a case. Most offices have online billing/payments ... this one doesn't. How offices are operated starts at the top.

I saw Angel when I was at IEC and she was great! Everyone was there was so friendly and helpful!
