Within the last few weeks my husband and I both have received services provided by Dr. Cowburn. We could not be more pleased with the care we received by every individual at the office. This was by far one of the easiest five star reviews I have ever made and I cannot recommend Dr. Cowburn and his staff enough. His care is very thorough, and he was sure to explain everything in a way that was easily understood. He listened to all of my concerns and ensured he addressed each of them. While choosing a new pair of glasses I never felt rushed or like a burden. They handled any questions I had, offered honest recommendations, and assisted in any way possible throughout the whole appointment. We will both be returning without any hesitation.

I had my yearly appointment with Dr. Cowburn last week and he and the staff were helpful and pleasant as always. From the front desk staff to the opticians, everyone always has a on a smile and genuinely wants to know how I'm doing. The staff and Dr. Cowburn take the full time needed to make sure that I'm comfortable during my appointment and know my options for either glasses or contact coverage with my insurance before I decide what I'm going to order. Dr. Cowburn has been my optometrist for nearly 20 years, and I highly recommend him and his practice. If you are looking for a knowledgeable optometrist who will take the time to understand your needs and talk through your options with you, you won't be disappointed with this practice!

Dr. Cowburn is highly professional, as is his office staff. My visits are always enjoyable. I am seen right away and he discusses everything thoroughly with me. And he is great with my kids as well (13 and 6); they both love their annual visits.

This is my second appoinment with Dr. Cowburn.My husband recommended him. I find him professional, helpful, thorough. I had been seeing an ophthmologist and Dr Cowburn addressed the several issues I was experiencing quite clearly and with expertise. He takes the time to listen and respond. Yet the office visits move very efficiently. There has been little wait time in the office for my two appointments. The entire staff is warm and friendly and seems to have the expertise needed to do a good job. I will be getting my first pair of glasses from them shortly. I have already recommended Dr Cowburn

Dr. Cowburn found 3 different problems with my eyes over the years that needed surgery to fix. He always recommended excellent surgeons for my particular needs! Without a doubt he's the best optometrist in Indiana.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cowburn's since he began practicing in Indiana. Dr. Cowburn is knowledgeable and has obvious expertise. He is also a "people person" who is able to convey a sense of caring along with professionalism. The staff is also first rate. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs eye care.

Dr. Cowburn is very knowledgeable, pleasant and caring. He completes thorough examinations and provides explanations in terms that are easy to understand. I think I'm more impressed by the kindness of Dr. Cowburn and his staff more than anything else! However, Dr. Cowburn is a great eye doctor, very through and informative. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment for your eye care needs!
