Pearle Vision

I explicitly told them which contacts I wore because any other brand is basically super glue in my eyeball. I've had these contacts for roughly 15 years and they are a very popular and well-known brand that is available at Walmart and Giant Eagle. Visit 1: I take my eye exam and let the doctor know the above information. Visit 2: Pearl Vision orders me the wrong PRESCRIPTION. I can't see. They make me schedule a SECOND eye appointment to basically re-do EVERYTHING only to find out that they were VERY wrong (obviously) Visit 3: I re-do my eye exam. Visit 4: Pearl Vision has ordered me the wrong BRAND. I remind them which one I need. Visit 5: Again, the wrong brand. Visit 6: Again the wrong brand. I can't order the correct brand anywhere because obviously, I need the correct prescription from the eye doctor. I have explained to my doctor that I have had these contacts for a long time and I called Walmart and Giant Eagle and they both can easily order it for me, but I don't have the correct prescription. Therefore, it IS possible for Pearl Vision to correct this mistake. The doctor merely tells me, "Times are changing" in a sarcastic tone. I have NEVER had an issue before going to Pearl Vision. This is my FIRST and my LAST experience with them. I have been wearing 5+ year old glasses for the past THREE MONTHS because of them and I've had to go to the doctors to have them physically remove these trial versions from my eyeballs due to them drying out and becoming embedded in my eyes. I have headaches and I'm a driving hazard because of THEIR MISTAKES. I teach people how to read for a living and I can't even see! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and recommend others to heed my advice.

Messed up my prescription for my contacts. Wouldnt replace or do an other eye exam because its been more then 30 days. But I just open my new contacts that was from them. I other ones until now. ( who opens new contacts when they have older ones to use first) especial when my contact are over $120. Will never go there again. Now I have $120 contacts that i cant use.

Order my glasses 3rd week in April 2017. Its now 6/15 and I was never notified that my glasses came in. Called today and they "claim" the number they called was not working. Verified they had the CORRECT number and they did. So someone is lying. So my glasses sat there for almost 2 months with the Indiana, PA Pearle making ONE effort to contact me. I asked for a refund and was told its their "policy" that no refunds are given. Only exchanges. I WILL get my refund and go somewhere else permanently. TERRIBLE.

Went to this store for a new set of nose pieces. Got my lenses cleaned and a new shiny set put on and adjusted for free. Excellent and polite service.

Kathy helped me out to get the best deal possible. My exam with Dr. Wezorek, OD was good (first time seeing her).

I called them 3 times this past summer to make an appointment. They never even called me back when the message clearly said they would. What a shabby way to run a business.

The staff was very nice. They came right up to me when I walked in and asked if I needed help. Everything was fast and easy! Definitely recommend!
