I had a two minute eye exam. When I picked up my glasses, they were very blurry. I went home tried reading, everything blurred. I took them back, because letters and numbers were blocking my view, they sent them out to correct the problem. They called me for pickup. The letters were still in view. For a while year, I couldnt see out of them.I don't believe they did anything because nothing changed. They should have done a new subscription. I'll never go back there ever again, nor will my family. A very disappointed customer.

I bought my glasses at the Indiana Walmart Vision Center. Two months later I broke them at work. Thankfully I had an old pair to get me through. I took the broken pair into the vision center, and they repaired them! No charge! Very pleased!

One of the best eye exams ever. The doctor was quick, yet thorough. There were many people there, but he was on time. Great sense of humor, clean equipment, well-organized and thoughtful. The rest of the staff was polite, intelligent and friendly. Excellent selection of frames at very reasonable prices. .

Had an awesome experience here! I haven't been here in a few years and just recently stopped in. The ladies here were extremely friendly and helpful. Karla, Sue and Kim were their names! They were able to find me a new pair of lens without me spending a fortune! They helped me within a few minutes and I was good to go! Thank you ladies!! Will def return again in the future

Even though i have bidion benefits from work i went here becausr what is the pount of having a $150 coverage if the bill for exams and glasses end up being $400 or more. That seemed to be a likely scenario from reviews i read elsewhere. Thus i went to Wal Mart bc i just wanted to know i was getting the best price no padding. I have had a great experience w Dr. Allison and staff incl Joy. I believe they do want to do their best. And all i can say is to come w positivity and niceness and give them a chance to figure things out if you encounter any problems.

My first pair of prescription glasses ever. Bifocals. I picked out the pair I wanted more then my insurance would cover but I really liked them. When I was called that they were in and to come get them I feel I was pushed out the door. Never adjusted to my face nose or ears, no cleaning cloth or solution and the cheapest plastic blue Walmart case to hold them. Feel slighted. Guess I should have stayed in the cheap frame section

Oh my! Presently, this Walmart optometry department has ropes so you can't get in. That is understandable because of Covid. There was absolutely no one else in line and I stood at the rope for 20 minutes. I watched the optometrist and the tech person (both men) talk to each other for 20 minutes without acknowledging my presence. Finally, a young man got behind me in line and the optometrist walked into his office and the tech man immediately came over to the gate. He asked me what I wanted. I was basically dismissed so that he could ask the young man what he wanted and he accommodated him. I was shocked and disappointed. Was it gender bias? Was it age bias ( I am 68)? I must admit that I was very dressed down but at my age and with my profession there are times when you just don't give a darn about how you look.Whatever it was it , was just not right!

I had an appointment scheduled for a month and they decided to call me 2 days before my appointment to tell me they did not accept the insurance i have and then laughed when i told her i had to cancel due to not being able to afford it with out my insurance.
