Dr. Thomas Bartolac

I took my 83 yr.old mom to an appointment that was set at 5:30 pm. We were told to be there at 5:15. We were on time. The waiting room was packed and they were running roughly an hour and 15 minutes behind. My problem is this. A respectful office would have called incoming patients to let them know that they were so far behind and ask them if they wanted to reschedule. We certainly would have as we needed to be in bed early for a 4:00am alarm to get to mom's procedure in Pittsburgh the next morning. We did not get out of there until 7:30 p.m.In the future I suggest caring more about your patients and giving them a heads up.

I had an appointment December 19 with Tom bartolac the staff other than the receptionist were helpful. Dr bartolac is thorough and professional. When I left my appointment with my dilated pupils making it difficult to see I got to my car and couldn't find my cell phone. I went back inside where I paid $150 cash after my appointment and asked the receptionist if I could borrow a flashlight or Cell phone to try to locate my phone. She told me no! I hope you read this Tom and have a word with her. I was not happy. I would like some kind of correspondence before I take my business elsewhere
