Very rude and unprofessional. Kristi was also very rude to my insurance carrier as well. Insurance carrier was actually shocked at how rude she was and actually recommended I go to a different provider.

The staff at Irwin Eye Care is amazing! I lost my eyeglasses and walked in without an appointment at a place that even makes appointments to pick up your eyeglasses! The waiting area was full, but they made time for me. I was shown only the frames covered by my insurance and not pushed to get the more expensive ones. I have been wearing eyeglasses for over 50 years, and have gone to many optometrists, but all except Irwin Eye Care have tried to make me buy more expensive frames. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience!! The staff was great and the Dr was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. We felt heard when my husband talked about having trouble finding the right contact for him and now he has found the perfect ones.

The Doctor was super nice & so helpful. One time she gave me samples so I didn't have to buy a certain kind of eye drops, & she gave me coupons. These ladies are some of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. I used to live in Irwin & now I live in Belle Vernon. I will not leave Irwin Eye Care because those ladies are so kind & considerate. I can't remember the woman's name but she's the one that helps you find your style of frames. Anyways she helped me so much & saved me money. She didn't have to do that but she did out of the kindness from her heart. I love everyone there! I don't know how anyone could say one bad thing about a soul who works there!

Outstanding service, I was long overdue for glasses. They made my time there from start to finish easy and pleasant. Michelle is beyond amazing and easy to work with! I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.... And I LOVE my glasses, I already received multiple compliments! Thank you

Dr. Hanley and her staff are wonderful. My husband and I and our three kids have been going to Irwin Eye Care for over 10 years. The staff are always so nice and helpful. My son is autistic and going to the doctors causes him stress. Dr. Hanley makes him feel at home and comfortable.

Best eye care in the county. My entire family wears glasses and my wife and I wear contacts. I would never go anywhere else. They know you by name and often by voice on the phone. Carol, who works with eye wear fittings is, by far, the best in the business. They have me as a customer for life.
