*INCREDIBLE*These guys have almost every kind of shades or glasses you could ever want. I took a brother here for an appointment. Very nice staff. Some really beautiful ladies and glasses here guy's!! They were awesome with my friend and we were in and out in 10 minutes. EXCELLENT WORK GUYS AND GREAT FACILITY!!! GOD BLESS!!

Wonderful place and wonderful staff. Big parking lot. Kiosk to sign in, you might want to have driver's license and Medicare card handy for drop in scanner. Ladies at desks if you would like to check in with a human being. The ladies were so nice. Very short wait for a very quick test. Clean and convenient, loved the experience.

I like the review comparing this place to the DMV; I felt like I was on a conveyor belt, like an inanimate object. I agreed to having my eyes dilated, having no idea I'd barely be able to see for hours afterwards. I asked the women checking me out how long it would last and they looked at each other and said, no idea! Really? I stumbled my way out to my car and called my friend. She told me there's sunglass type things so you can drive home. I couldn't figure out how to make them stay in front of my glasses so my friend advised I could put them BEHIND my glasses and that sort of worked.
After the exam I wandered over to look at the glasses frames. Nobody was working in that area so I left.
The dr wrote the script for prism lenses to correct for double vision but never explained any other options. I checked with the interwebs when I got home and they're quite expensive.
I had been seeing the same Dr for more than 20 years (retired) - I miss being treated like a real person and not just a number.

Dr. Josefowicz was very thorough and explained my eye condition in terms I could understand. I look forward to further monitoring with him in future appointments. All the staff, from reception to technicians and assistants, were very friendly and efficient in fulfilling their duties. I look forward to making this practice my usual eye care provider.

Been seeing my eye dr for years, and he's wonderful. But the wait has gotten excessively long for someone with multiple disabilities. Was there for about 2 hours which sent me into a major ANS flare afterwards. To make it worse the incompetence of the two black haired women behind the checkout was the top of the cherry. She froze both of my cards because she put in the wrong CVC code on both of them. The one looking on the entire time should have caught it. So we had to be billed while being told the problems lied with our banks. Needless to say I will not be returning if this is the level of service they have committed themselves to.

This was my 3 visit to EyeCare Specialist since Northeast Eye closed on Kidder St. I was not happy about that but since my Doctor relocated to EyeCare Specialist I came with him. When you enter the facility it reminded me of the DMV. The WAITING is the worse, this is every time, today my appointment was at 4:00 pm I arrived at 3:45 checked in at the kiosk, my name got called at 4:25, around 4:58 I saw the Doctor, that only lasted about 7 minutes and I was done. As I was checking out I was asked if I wanted to make next years appointment. The answer was NO I will not be returning to this location. The amount of patients that are there at the same time is not working for me. And the doctors are not seeing the patients fast enough. I would like a small office and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I had soooo many issues and felt like I had to apologize for being such a pain but she always reassured me and game a smile. Thank you Lucy and the girl at the front seat in the Nanticoke office, Nicole. You weee equally amazing!
