Vision Imaging of Kingston

The girl who did the mammogram was so sweet and nice. She had a very caring way and had such a great personality and explained everything she was doing and kept asking me how I was to make sure I was comfortable. She is a real asset to your company. I really like the convenience of the location, the staff is always friendly and I hope I don't ever have to go somewhere else. I have also been there for other tests in the past and would highly recommend the services.

I was taken in for my MRI within a few minutes of arriving. Technician Tom was very patient walking back with me because I was using a Walker. Every few minutes during the test he would ask if I was doing okay. He is a wonderful addition to Kingston. He had been at another facility before it closed. The best part of a company is the kind and wonderful people who work there. Tom is fantastic.

My visit was so quick and easy. I arrived at 3:50pm for a 4:15 arrival (4:30 appointment time) and finished my appointment at 4:30 on the nose. Everyone there is super friendly, very comforting and made my visit so easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an imaging facility that has it together.

This is such a nice place to go for so many needs for family. Easy access to the building, always helpful caring people on site, will bring you a wheelchair if needed, and a nice quiet atmosphere with very little stress on our loved ones. The perfect environment. So many tests under one roof. They work with many different doctors and insurances. Test results, scans, even blood work outside the office in the same building I'll get to the doctor on time. I always feel confident when I bring someone to the office. I always know we will be cared for no matter what department we visit. Your employees are caring and absolutely wonderful.

My family travels from almost 2 hours away to come here, we have that much confidence in the technicians and staff. Personally, I never had an MRI before, so I was a little nervous, even with it being open. The staff from front desk to the technician were so kind. The technician couldn't have made things more calm and comfortable for me. He explained everything, checked with me during the MRI, and then afterwards we sat chatting for a minute or two until I was feeling myself again.

Staff is very nice, pleasant. The x-ray tech guided me thru with such kindness. This is and will be my go to place for any type of testing as it has been for quite a few years.

Staff were very pleasant and professional. The office and lobby were calm and soothing Environment by having 2 small indoor ponds with mini waterfalls and the tv had a video of a crackling fire in as fireplace. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and explained the procedure... it took a couple of minutes for me to feel relaxed, since I felt claustraphobic and he patiently talked with me to help me have my xray...by keeping my eyes closed...I was able to get thru thru xray for TMJ issues... he even talked to me during xray exam to encourage and reassure me!

I actually enjoy going to get x-rays or scans at Vision. The building they're in is beautiful, And when you're done if you're hungry you can always get something to eat on your way out, at the deli in the lobby. The staff at Vision, Are friendly, knowledgeable, and Take care, in how they do your scans. Every time I've been there, I have been in and out, which is wonderful when you have a very busy schedule.
