I was referred to Dr Urbanski by Dr's Adam and Trish Coffee. Dr Adam Coffee (retired) was my optometrist who I had a great deal of confidence in over the years as well as him being a personal friend of mine. I found on this my first visit that Dr. Urbanski is a perfect fit for me as he and his office staff made me feel like I was a long time patient. I was impressed with the detailed eye examination I received and the response I received from Dr. Urbanski regarding questions I had about my eyes. For me, this is going to be a valued relationship in years to come.

I have been a long time patient of Dr Shipe. She is an excellent, caring , and professional physician. She takes her time with you and explains and answers any questions you may have. All the Staff at Family Vision Care are also very courteous, friendly and very helpful. Great office, I would highly recommend them.

I usually see Dr. Urbanski, who is amazing, however, I was seen today by Dr. Shipe for an issue I was having with my eye. She called me back herself yesterday to talk about what was going on, and then she fit me in today to examine my eye. She was thoughtful and thorough. She explained everything so well that by the end of the examination I did not even have any questions. The office staff and Tony are equally great!

What a great experience! Dr. Carl Urbanski is so knowledgeable and so patient. He make sure to explain everything as he goes. His assistant Caroline was a delight. It's a really nice office to go to.

I am a first time patient at this facility and I couldn't have had a better experience. From checking in at the front desk to ending my visit paying for new glasses the staff and Dr Shipe couldn't have been friendlier, professional and competent. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer anyone to this practice.

Dr Urbanski is diligently treating my dry eye condition and addressing my contact fit. So far everything has gone well and without any issues. The office personnel are very personable and provide a relaxing experience.
