If I could give this place zero stars I would. All of the doctors I've seen have been great. However the girls that work in the optical department need some major training. Last year it took me 30 minutes to pick up my contacts because they didn't know how much I owed. Came to find out my insurance had covered 100%. Okay- thought just a clerical error. So went back this year and even more of a disaster. I got a call saying contacts were ready but that my insurance said I wasn't eligible so I'd have to pay $140 in full. So of course I called insurance to see why I wasn't covered and insurance tells me vittones had already been paid. Had the date and amount they paid. I then called vittones back and the woman basically told me she had no clue what was going on. NOT ACCEPTABLE! She then hung up on me. NEVER going back
