I won't use again paid for glasses keep making excuses why there not made or no updates so I canceled we t elsewhere got glasses in 5 days not good optical plus took months to get money back that's pathetic they can take your money but returning for there mistake is a problem

Great optometrist! Techs were all helpful and up front about pricing and time frame for delivery. Upon request, I was provided with an eye exam prescription that included the pupillary distance for my progressive lenses. Now I can look online for additional eyeglasses if I wish. For no reason, I previously associated Walmart Vision with poor quality and service. But after my recent experience I would recommend them for quality, service and convenience.

Horrible customer service. Paid for my contacts eye exam and can't even get the prescription. Was never told that I HAD to go back for a follow-up or I wouldn't be handed my prescription, which I paid for. I did ask for my prescription as I was leaving was handed an eyeglass prescription. I didn't realize that till I tried to order contacts. Have been wearing contacts for over 15 years and never had to go back for a follow-up. So basically, I paid for a service that I can't even use. When I told the office manager what I was told she basically called me a liar because she said her office staff would never say that. I could go on but I won't. Rethink visiting this location.

I get glasses here all the time. The eye doctors here take the time to explain everything you need to know abkut your eyes. They are also vere good with kids and kids glasses. They care about your kids and your kids vision and give detailed and clear instructions on how to wear and use the glasses the proper way. They also teach you to take care and clean your glasses

Very horrible, they made my glasses too tight on the screw so I couldn't fold them up,so the side part that goes over your ear broke from the front where they screwed it,and said they can't fix it, free advice, don't go there, I'm not ever again.
