Eye Doctors - Warwick Township

I had a thorough eye exam at Target Optical last week. The main reason for the eye exam was for contact lens. Target Optical has a wide range of choices, especially multi focal lens which I prefer. With one exam I was able to get my contact lens prescription updated as well as for a new pair of glasses. I will definitely come back next year. The staff was friendly and the doctor took the time to explain what the results of the eye exam and the why for the recommendations.

the lady and guy who where there for my exam provided excellent service and were very welcoming. they were super nice and helped with any questions and concerns during my visit.

Really poor experience at this location. First I had an appointment and they were not ready with the auth on the day of the appointment because ins was close on Sat ( If they know that they have an appointment m, and it was confirmed they should get all things needed from insurance ready). Then ask me to pay for the exam so they can refund me once get auth on Monday. I called the ins and they said I have 0 copay for exam then the person from the optical told that for reason they are coming up as not covered, that ins is not subtracting anything from the price of the exam. I went to the optical and called ins, the ins representative send a fax as how to do it, spoke with the person with the optical but he couldn't figure out how to bill the insurance properly. The representative give some options on how to do a manual claim directly to them so the optical can refund me the money and ins pay directly to the optical, that part was ended and he does not how to do it that he will ask corporate office. In another hand the person from the optical was very unprofessional, his name is Solomon (not sure the right spelling), since the beginning on Sat with the ins issue he was not helpful on provide another day for the appointment and everything was kind of difficult for him to help us. Monday was WORST his actitud was out of control at one point when I speaking with the ins thur my phone in speaker he was laughing at what I was saying, I told him be respectful that was not the way to treat a customer, he said he wasn't laughing at me, but they were nothing there for him to laughs beside our conversation. If he was frustrated he must lear how to managed that part to work with customers. I hope I get my money back and the office, manager, corporate, or whoever is on charges try to avoid this uncomfortable and unnecessary situation for a customer. I didn't even the change to do the glasses after this whole situation.

There were some issues with logging into the doctors portal but all else was fine.

Solomon and Carlyn were amazing! Really quick, very throughout and friendly! I will defiantly be coming back!

Solomon was great. He explained everything before starting each exam section. I was nervous about the Dr being present virtually, but I was very pleased with Dr Wende and felt that she and Solomon did a good job of working together so that the Dr had all the information that she needed. It was a great overall experience and I would recommend this service.

Solomon and Anthony were very personable and patient going through the exam process. I would have preferred to have to Dr there and not through video chat. Seems like Target is cutting corners although the visit was much more costly than my last visit. It could have been because of different insurance companies as my employer changed our vision insurers. I don't think I will be using Target again. It has nothing to do with the two young men working there. They were very friendly. The lack of the Dr not being there and the cost were my determining factors.

The two people working were great, but I probably wouldn't return. The computer system went down while I was there (no fault of the employees) and even though I was the only person in the store my appointment took well over an hour. In my opinion the prices were high and there wasn't a huge selection.
