I have never had a more thorough eye exam than I have had with Dr. Link. I appreciate he takes his time to examine your eyes and lets you know if there are any areas of concern. He takes his job very seriously and cares about our eyesight. He always willingly answers all of my questions. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. The staff is friendly and kind. You know you are in good hands when you go to Link Eye Center. The only thing that would make it more than five stars is if they had a larger selection of glasses.

I appreciated Dr. Link's thoroughness and focus and commitment of time in conducting my examination. This is not a place where you feel that they leave a 15 or 30 minute time slot for you and just want to crank out the numbers. It seems they take their work very seriously and understand the value of having you there, in front of them, given relatively limited opportunity when we have eye examinations relatively infrequently, for most of us. They look deep into the eye, communicate details and efficiently inform you of where your results fall in the scope of eye health. I believe I am in good hands with Dr. Link and his team.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the caring 'emergency' service that I received from Dr. Link and his entire staff when I encountered a potentially serious condition to my right eye. Upon calling them with my concern, they immediately made space for me in their patient schedule, allowing me to come in as soon as I could, which was within the 1/2 hour. They were very kind and showed their concern which was very comforting. I received top notch care and felt confident at the end of my appointment as to the diagnosis and continual monitoring I am receiving. I am so appreciative of this practice and would encourage anyone looking for an Eye Dr. to come check them out. You will not be disappointed!!! 5 Stars!!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Jacobson and just updating my review. I miss the old staff but new staff is also nice. Dr. Link however lacks soft skills and is kind of socially awkward. He was cold to my child and dismissed concerns I had for my eyes. I ended up making an appointment with an ophthalmologist who was able to help me and prescribe me some eye drops. I dread my appointments with him and I'm working on finding another place to go. I miss the home feeling I had when I visited Dr. J and his staff every year. I think it's very telling when all the previous staff also left over time.

Prompt service. Staff is efficient, pleasant and have a sense of humor. My glasses (6 years old) were bent and the staff were able to straighten them. I did order a new pair, they were helpful in the final decision and honest about what wasn't working as well as what was. Not disappointed.
Dr. Link is very knowledgeable and pro-active in care. I appreciate his honesty when discussing treatment options. Recommendation on follow up care and why were appreciated also.
The lenses sold to me 6 years ago are not scratched. They aren't the least expensive, but no more expensive than replacing them every year or 2.
