I've visited them for both a routine eye exam with contact lens fitting, as well as a recent emergency visit -- each experience was excellent. Dr. Collins and the front office staff were extraordinary--professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to thoroughly review my concerns and provided a comprehensive exam that truly made me feel cared for. The office itself is fantastic, and the level of service is outstanding. Dr. Collins, Jessica and the other staff members are always very pleasant and helpful. From check in to check out they make you feel at ease. Jessica has a great sense of humor and despite the seriousness of the situation always makes me smile.
By nature the eye issues that I have are beyond "normal." Dr. Collins always takes the time necessary to ensure that I have an understanding of what has happened, is happening and what needs to be done to improve my vision. I got exactly what I wanted and was treated very well by all the staff and the doctor. I wanted glasses to help improve distance vision only and had a bad experience with a local chain a few years ago. They did the typical upsell and ultimately gave me glasses that didn't help, so I never wore them. Kissel Eye Care got it right the first time and let me stick to the basics on my first visit. Now that I know they do it and do it right, they'll definitely get my future vision business. I want to emphasize that I never felt like I'd stepped into a marketing machine, and that means a lot to me these days. Thanks.
